WARRANTY POLICY

1. LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Nightura™ warrants that the Nightura™ Smart Motion LED Bar is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid exclusively for purchases made through the official Nightura™ website.

2. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

This Limited Warranty covers defects arising from normal use, including but not limited to:

  • Malfunction or failure of the motion sensor

  • LED light failure not caused by external damage

  • Internal electronic or circuit defects

  • Battery or charging failure not resulting from misuse, improper charging, or water exposure

3. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, or misuse

  • Improper installation or use contrary to provided instructions

  • Water or moisture damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by power surges or improper charging equipment

4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact support@nightura.com within the warranty period and provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Order number

  • A detailed description of the defect

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue (if requested)

Nightura™ may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving the claim.

5. WARRANTY RESOLUTION

If a valid defect is confirmed, Nightura™ will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or

  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible

If the warranty claim is approved, Nightura™ will cover reasonable return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightura™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Nightura™’s total liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

7. IMPLIED WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one (1) year warranty period described above.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. CUSTOMER RIGHTS

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
