SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

1.1 Shipping Area

Nightura™ ships exclusively within the United States. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO addresses).

1.2 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

1.3 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

1.5 Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become active.


2. DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Nightura™ is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Any issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@nightura.com.


3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

3.1 Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In original condition

  • Free from damage caused by misuse

  • Returned with all included accessories (LED bar, mounting components, USB charging cable, instructions)

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, or damage not related to a manufacturing defect are not eligible for return.


4. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact support@nightura.com and request return authorization

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Upon approval, return the product to the address provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.


5. REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from a defective product or fulfillment error.


6. EXCHANGES

Nightura™ does not offer direct exchanges.
Customers wishing to replace a product must return the original item (subject to return approval) and place a new order.


7. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact support@nightura.com within 72 hours.
Nightura™ will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier but cannot guarantee replacement or refund if the carrier confirms delivery.
