These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on the Nightura™ website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

Promotional offers are limited in duration and stock and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

After payment, an order confirmation email is sent. This email serves as proof of purchase.
4.3 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting support@nightura.com.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and return policies apply.

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
6.3 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.4 Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once the order ships.
6.5 Delivery Issues
Customers must report missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@nightura.com.
7. TRANSFER OF RISK & OWNERSHIP
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the product to the shipping address provided.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
8.1 30-Day Return Policy
Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery.
8.2 Return Conditions

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

The Nightura™ Smart Motion LED Bar includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
9.2 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

10. LIABILITY LIMITATION
Nightura™ shall not be held liable for:
