These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on the Nightura™ website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

Nightura™ sells smart home lighting products, including the Nightura™ Smart Motion LED Bar.

All products are described as accurately as possible on the Site. However, minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing updates.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual.

2.2 Availability

Products are offered while supplies last. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified and offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement product of equal value (if available)


3. PRICES

3.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Price Changes

Nightura™ reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged will always be the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

3.3 Promotions

Promotional offers are limited in duration and stock and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.


4. ORDERS

4.1 Order Process

An order is placed when the customer:

  • Selects products

  • Enters shipping and billing information

  • Accepts these Terms

  • Completes payment

4.2 Order Confirmation

After payment, an order confirmation email is sent. This email serves as proof of purchase.

4.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting support@nightura.com.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and return policies apply.


5. PAYMENT

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
    (availability may vary)

5.2 Secure Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Nightura™ does not store or have access to your full payment details.


6. SHIPPING

6.1 Shipping Area

Nightura™ ships only within the United States.

6.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

6.3 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6.4 Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once the order ships.

6.5 Delivery Issues

Customers must report missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@nightura.com.


7. TRANSFER OF RISK & OWNERSHIP

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the product to the shipping address provided.


8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

8.1 30-Day Return Policy

Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery.

8.2 Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Complete with all accessories

  • Not damaged by misuse

8.3 Return Procedure

  1. Contact support@nightura.com

  2. Receive return authorization

  3. Ship the product back (tracked shipping recommended)

8.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection, using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


9. WARRANTY

9.1 Manufacturer Warranty

The Nightura™ Smart Motion LED Bar includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

9.2 Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Water damage

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper installation or modification


10. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Nightura™ shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use of the product

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by carriers or force majeure events

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of Nightura™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


12. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting support@nightura.com.


13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the customer’s state of residence.


14. MODIFICATIONS

Nightura™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply to all future orders.
